StrongAccess: accessibility testing and assurance to WCAG 2.2
StrongAccess is our accessibility assurance programme for government, banking, healthcare, telecom and other regulated organisations in the GCC, Australia and New Zealand. We audit your websites, apps and documents, help your teams fix what we find, and keep every release accessible.
Bilingual Arabic and English testing for government, semi-government, banking, healthcare and telecom. Aligned to national digital accessibility policies and WCAG 2.1 AA, with WCAG 2.2 tested as standard.
WCAG 2.2 AA audits and ongoing assurance aligned to the Disability Discrimination Act, AHRC guidance, AS EN 301 549 and the NZ Web Accessibility Standard 1.2.
Three layers that take you from a first audit to accessibility as part of how you build.
Layer 1 · Assess
Find the gaps and rank them by impact
01 · WCAG auditsHybrid audits of websites, web apps and portals: automated scanning, expert manual review and assistive technology, with severity-ranked findings.
02 · Critical journey testingEnd-to-end testing of the journeys that matter most, such as login, onboarding and KYC, payments and applications.
03 · Mobile and PDF accessibilityiOS and Android app audits plus document and PDF testing, the surfaces most often missed.
Layer 2 · Fix
Remediate with engineering-grade guidance
04 · Remediation advisoryIssue-by-issue, code-level fix patterns for engineering, design and content teams, worked into your sprints and issue tracker.
05 · Training and enablementRole-based workshops for product, design, development, QA, content and procurement teams.
Layer 3 · Sustain
Keep it accessible release after release
06 · Continuous monitoringRelease-gate checks, CI/CD integration and quarterly re-tests so new releases don't reintroduce old issues.
07 · Executive reporting and evidenceBoard-ready dashboards, accessibility statements, conformance reports and procurement evidence packs.

FAQ
Accessibility testing questions
Isn't an automated scan enough?
No. Automated tools catch only a portion of WCAG failures. Whether alt text is meaningful, whether a form makes sense to a screen reader user, or whether a payment can be completed by keyboard alone needs an expert to test it. StrongAccess combines automated scanning with manual testing and assistive technology.
Which version of WCAG do you test against?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA by default. It's backwards compatible, so a site that meets WCAG 2.2 AA also meets 2.1 AA, the level most GCC policies reference. Australian and New Zealand guidance now points to WCAG 2.2 AA. If a contract or tender names a specific version, we report against it.
Do you fix the issues you find?
We give your teams code-level fix patterns for each issue, run pair-fix sessions with your developers, and re-test once fixes are in. Your team keeps ownership of the code.
Can you test mobile apps and PDFs?
Yes. We test iOS and Android apps with VoiceOver and TalkBack, and test documents and PDFs, including Arabic documents, for screen reader accessibility.
Can accessibility testing fit into our release process?
Yes. In the Managed Assurance package we set up release-gate checks and CI/CD integration and sync findings to your issue tracker, so accessibility is checked with every release.
